'Criminal Minds' season 11 spoilers: Taking a closer look at episode 3 'The Bond'

 CBS Official

The previous episode of "Criminal Minds" season 11 featured horrifying cases of headless bodies laid out in public for everyone to see.

The episode's unsub was a driver from a ride-share service, which made people think twice about such transportation service. In the next episode, it appears that the theme will also be somewhat similar to the previous episode's theme — transportation.

While not so much details about the next episode can be picked up from the synopsis, it somehow gives an idea of what fans can expect. According to CBS, the next episode, titled "The Bond," will have the Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) search for both the suspect and his motive when victims are discovered dead in truck stop restrooms.

What's common in all of the victims is that they are found along the stops in highways through the South.

SpoilersGuide released a preview of the next episode and based on the clip, the perpetrator is someone who looks up to his mom. It can also be seen that the mother tells the son, who appears to be the unsub, that a mother will always be there for her child, no matter what.

It wasn't clearly shown how the unsub chooses to kill his victims, but he can be seen stuffing them inside the trunk of a car and later on ends up restraining them in the restroom.

Meanwhile, CBS also released scenes from the upcoming episode. The team does the usual things. JJ (A.J. Cook) examines the victims' profile, while Tara (Aisha Tyler) and Derek (Shemar Moore) dig deeper into the case. Derek and Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler) will also head to the medical examiner's office to take a closer look at the victim.

While Tara and Derek investigate the case, they end up visiting someone believed to be close to the suspect, and as what can be seen in the picture, it was the suspect's wheelchair-bound mother.

Catch "Criminal Minds" every Wednesday at 9 p.m. EST on CBS.
