Game developer Techland already announced the upcoming downloadable content (DLC) update for "Dying Light" earlier this month and it was revealed that the new content will be dropped in February 2016.

Last Monday, "Dying Light's lead game designer Maciej Binkowski explained further on what's to come in the DLC update titled "Dying Light: The Following–Enhanced Edition."

As presented in the video, the game will introduce a level-up system called Legendary Levels, which will allow players to enhance their characters' attributes.

Once a player reaches the maximum points in one of the skills in the skill tree, the Legendary Levels skill tree will open up. From that point, a player will gain access to 250 Legendary Levels that will enhance the character further by increasing stat points like health, damage, and stamina.

Aside from that, players will also unlock emblems, outfits, and tons of new weapons every time they reach 25 levels.

The new skill tree will be included in the "The Following–Enhanced Edition" DLC but players of the original game will also gain access to the levels via a free update on Feb. 9, 2016.

"Dying Light: The Following–Enhanced Edition" serves as an enriched version of the upcoming expansion pack "Dying Light: The Following," which is described to be "a massive story-based expansion that brings mysterious characters, deadly new weapons, unexpected quests, and fully customizable and drivable dirt buggies." The new expansion pack will arrive on the same date as the Enhanced Edition.

The Enhanced Edition also includes all game content released to date such as Be the Zombie game modes, Bozak Horde and the Ultimate Survivor Bundle.

In addition, players will experience improved game graphics, better enemy AI, and fresh parkour moves. It's going to be a better, bigger, cooler and more thrilling game experience with "Dying Light" when the new update arrives to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and personal computer (PC).
