Recording has yet to begin for Disney Pixar's "Frozen" sequel, but that doesn't mean that fans of the franchise can't expect something great to be in the works.

According to Princess Anna herself — Kristen Bell — the Frozen team is taking their time to tell a great story but it is not quite finished yet.

"They take a lot of time over there to just perfect it. It has to go through a lot of development to make sure it's exactly the story that needs to be told," Bell explained in an interview with Jimmy Kimmel Live. It can be recalled that Bell also shared information early in the year that the sequel has already been written but they are still doing tweaks to perfect the story.

There have also been rumors that the sequel will introduce a rivalry between Elsa and Anna for the throne of Arendelle, although this remains unconfirmed.

Meanwhile, a video hints that there could be more to Prince Hans, who in the first movie was a villainous prince who was willing to get rid of Anna and Elsa to become the ruler of Arendelle. The theory — posed in a YouTube video by the Super Carlin Brothers — claims that Prince Hans is now the personification of the magic mirror in Hans Christian Andersen's "The Snow Queen" in which the movie was based.

To support this claim, the YouTuber cited Prince Hans' mannerisms and ability to adjust his demeanor to what the character he was interacting with would want to see in him.

Rumors also persist that Idina Menzel — who played Queen Elsa in the first movie — will back out of her role and that Disney is currently considering either RnB star Rihanna or pop star Taylor Swift as possible replacements.

The report, however, remains unconfirmed by the studio, along with the sequel's release date.
