"Grand Theft Auto (GTA) 6" is one of the highly anticipated games from Rockstar and many fans are wondering where will the next game take place. Several cities has already been rumored to be the next location for the upcoming game, which include, Tokyo and London, or it could also be the whole United States.

There are reports that "Grand Theft Auto 6" is in the works and is already working its way up, but it is suggested that Rockstar has not decided on the next location of the game. The development team did explored the idea of doing a Tokyo-based map, it was reported that a team has travelled to the Land of the Rising Sun just to see things first hand, but it was taken out of the list because of the complicated road system in its metropolis, N4BB reported.

Fans are also speculating that a "GTA: London" may happen in the future. Dan Houser, Rockstar co-founder, said in a previous interview that the game may possibly go outside of the country with its future games. This made the fans go nuts, and speculated that the city of London will be next. However, vehicles in the game will be right-hand drive.

Trusted Review mentioned that there is also a possibility that "GTA 6" may arrive with not just a single city, but the whole United States. It will definitely take a while to recreate the whole country for the game, thus the reason why the game is speculated to arrive by 2020.

As for the main characters, it is said that the studio is giving in to the many fan requests, that a female protagonist be included in the next game, and it is rumored that Eva Mendes was the actress chosen for the role, Parent Herald stated in its report.

These are just of the few rumors surrounding the game, and there are a few more out there. For the meantime, fans will have to spend a few more years without a new "GTA" game, as it is expected to arrive by 2018, the earliest.
