The Green Bay Packers will return to action this Sunday following their bye week and may have wide receiver Davante Adams back when they face the Denver Broncos at the Sports Authority Field at Mile High.

Adams was one of the receivers expected to help the Packers' offense when Jordy Nelson suffered a season-ending injury in the preseason, but his ankle sprain continued to plague him.

The injury limited Adams to only three games this 2015, but head coach Mike McCarthy is optimistic that the 22-year-old wide receiver will be back against Denver.

In a report by ESPN, McCarthy had this to say regarding Adams suiting up for their game this Sunday, "I would think so."

McCarthy also said, according to the report, "You want to have all your weapons, and Davante, like I said all through training camp, I thought he clearly was one of the young players that jumped out and you could see it in the OTAs. So yeah, it will be great to have him back out there."

In three games played this season, Adams had nine receptions for 92 yards and zero touchdowns.

Last season in his rookie year, the former Fresno State Bulldog had 38 catches for 446 yards and three touchdowns.

The return of Adams will be huge for Green Bay, especially for franchise quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

NBC Sports' Pro Football Talk reported that Rodgers expressed his dissatisfaction with the team's current passing game following their win over the San Diego Chargers in Week 6.

The Packers are undefeated so far this 2015 season, but their passing is not something they can really take pride in as it lacks a deep threat, according to ESPN, which the comeback of Adams can address.

Green Bay will be putting its unbeaten streak on the line when it takes on the Broncos who are also holding an immaculate record this season.

Faith is often accompanied by uncertainty, yet it is in stepping forward that we encounter the power of God. The Israelites learned this at the Jordan River, where God performed a miracle only after they demonstrated obedience.
