The long wait for the iPad Pro could soon be over, although it remains to be seen when the supersized tablet will actually come out.

Initial rumors suggested that the iPad Pro would be coming out on Nov. 11 but the latest word out from the Cult of Mac is that the tablet has been delayed but just by two days — Nov. 13.

Somehow, the release date doesn't seem to be an ideal one, especially for the many superstitious folks out there since that date is actually Friday the 13th. Be warned though, that the alleged release date is still considered a rumor and hence remains unofficial.

Regardless, it doesn't seem to matter as long as Apple finally lifts the covers on the said tablet.

With just a couple of days left, it would be best to check out on what new rumors related to the said device have come out.

For the benefit of those who are not yet familiar with the iPad Pro, the said device features a 12.9-inch IPS LCD touchscreen (2732 x 2048 pixels) that will run on an A9X processor with about 4 GB of RAM. It offers up to 128 GB of internal storage and will also come with an 8-megapixel main camera and a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera.

The device measures 305.7 x 220.6 x 6.9 millimeters; weighs around 713 grams; and will be available in gold and silver color variants. The iPad Pro will cost around $799, a bit steep, although ideal for the business folks looking for a reliable tablet in the market.

On a related note, Sam's Club has started taking in pre-orders for the iPad Pro set for a Nov. 13 release. A visit to their website will now, however, show "out of stock online".

Another possible site to check out is MacMall, which is also offering the iPad Pro with a discount. They are offering the iPad Pro with a $12 off for the 32 GB WiFi only version available in space gray, silver and gold.
