The Jacksonville Jaguars just captured their first win in the 2015 season of the National Football League (NFL) but lost last season's leading rusher running back Denard Robinson due to a knee injury.

In the first half of the Jaguars' 23–20 win over the Miami Dolphins last Sunday, Robinson left and was attended on the sideline before heading to the locker room, according to ESPN.

Robinson never returned to the game and finished with only one carry for nine yards.

Jacksonville did not give any specific detail on Robinson's injury, but in a report by the Associated Press, it was revealed to be a sprained medial collateral ligament (MCL) in his left knee.

According to ESPN's source, the recovery time for the injury is the same with that of Robinson's teammate linebacker LaRoy Reynolds who also suffered an MCL sprain in Week 2 of the preseason.

Reynolds missed the next two preseason games after suffering the injury but played in their season opener.

If that is the case, then Robinson will likely be missing three weeks of action because of the injury.

In two games played so far this season, the 24-year-old rusher had 6 carries for 28 yards and was doing great having a change-of-pace role behind starter rookie running back T.J. Yeldon.

Last season, Robinson led the rushing department for the Jaguars having 135 carries for 582 yards and four touchdowns.

Unfortunately, he is not the only one injured in the running back position for the Jaguars, as Toby Gerhart has yet to play this season with an abdominal strain.

According to the Associated Press, Gerhart remains uncertain for the Jaguars with their Week 3 game approaching.

The Jaguars will have to pull all the stops if they want to win a second consecutive time as they next play against the defending Super Bowl champions the New England Patriots, who are still unbeaten in the 2015 season.

More recently, I’ve enjoyed Christian movies Unsung Hero and Jesus Revolution on limited release in the UK, but it’s rare for such films to make the multiplex chains.
