Pregnant Jill Duggar picks Rick Warren's sermons to accompany her during workout

"19 Kids and Counting" star Jill Duggar is counting the days before her and her husband Derrick Dillard's baby boy would finally see the world. Markedly, the huge baby bump has not stopped the 23-year-old would-be mommy from keeping fit, and fans would love to know what she listens to as she burns calories.

Dillard's lovely wife posted a photo of herself on Instagram wearing a big smile and earphones rather than make up. She then captioned the snap with: "Walking at the gym this morning while listening to a sermon by Pastor Rick Warren on the #OnePlace app!"

It turns out that Jill is really good at rejuvenating her physical and spiritual self all at the same time, which is certainly beneficial not only for her but also for her unborn son.

The Duggar parents are with her in the journey of welcoming the newest member of the family. In a "sweet picture" of Jill and her bump posted on their official Facebook fan page, Jim Bob and Michelle expressed their excitement in seeing the little one soon.

"At this point in gestation, there is now a 90 percent chance that he could survive outside the womb. Life is beautiful! We can't wait to meet this boy!" the post reads.

Also, Jill has only just celebrated her 200th day of being Mrs. Dillard. To commemorate the day, the pregnant Duggar shared their wedding photo on Instagram along with the description: "It's been 200 days since my best friend and I @derickdillard said 'I do'! I'm blessed beyond measure!"

While fans are kept up to speed on what their favorite family is up to, they will know more about the happenings as "19 Kids and Couting" returns to television screens with its ninth season in February. The hit TLC reality show is expected to share Jill's pregnancy and her married life to viewers as well as clips from Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald's wedding ceremony that took place on Nov. 1 last year.
