Rumor has it that Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton is pregnant with her third child with Prince William. While no confirmation has been made by the Kensington Palace, there are already rumors that the couple has settled on names to give their third baby.

According to rumors, they are naming the baby Charles or Philip if it will be a boy and Caroline if it ends up being another girl. The pregnancy is said to be an unexpected blessing for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

In other related news, just recently, Kate and Prince William's second baby Prince Charlotte celebrated her first birthday last May 1. A couple of days back, she and her big brother Prince George got a pet hamster they named Marvin.

Meanwhile, amidst pregnancy rumors, Kate Middleton has reportedly been making time to keep herself in great shape. The mom of two makes sure she gets enough cardio even in the midst of her busy schedule.

"Even if it's just 15 minutes, [Kate] does something to get her heart pumping every day," a source told Hollywood Life. She does this by jogging and swimming.

Naturally athletic, the Duchess of Cambridge becoming a royal hasn't removed her from her yearning to work out and keep herself fit.

Now that she is a public figure and a mother of two adorable royals, it is all the more a need for her to look great and to keep herself in tip-top shape, especially with her royal and mommy duties.

Apart from that, she has always worked with a personal trainer during her pregnancy with her two kids as well. For this, she pushes herself to do some pilates and yoga.

Last but not least, she also makes sure she only eats the right food. "One of her favorites is a puree of berries and almond milk — whenever she's having sugar cravings, she'll throw one of those together," the source said.
