Popular multiplayer online battle arena game "League of Legends" is getting another big patch soon and its server already has the tentative changes implemented in the Public Beta Environment (PBE). Aside from Kai'Sa — the new champion being expected in the update — there is a returning item as well as a new rune from the Precision keystone.

Kai'Sa has been discussed quite lengthily already on different forum posts and there is nothing much new to offer in this patch save for its skin, the Bullet Angel Kai'Sa. Speaking of skins, Illaoi is also getting a new skin, Resistance Illaoi, which is not exactly new as the Resistance theme is a skin that many other players already have.

In terms of adjustments and such, most of the fixes were changes and buffs but there are still some champions that were nerfed. Nocturne, Olaf, Swain and Jhin have been buffed. Zoe, Tristana and Ryze have some of their skill mechanics changed. Finally, Azir and Galio have been nerfed.

One major throwback will also be happening as an item is making its return after years of absence — the Shurelya's Reverie. It grants 40AP, 400 Health, 10% cooldown reduction, 8% movement speed and an active that grants the team a 40% bonus movement speed for three seconds. It was replaced back then by the Talisman of Ascension.

As for season 8's new major addition to the game, the runes and keystones, there is a new rune called Conqueror under the Precision keystone. The rune's description notes that when players attack an enemy champion, they get 10–60 bonus AD depending on level for four seconds and converts 20% of the damage to True Damage.

There is still a lot more small changes made to the game but it would be better to wait for the official patch. These are all based on the PBE and thus is highly subject to change before being officially rolled out.
