After news broke that Lorde would take on curating duties for the "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 1" soundtrack, fans of the movies and of the "Royals" singer have anticipated the final track list.

The final lineup of songs for the upcoming film was finally announced last Tuesday, and the 17-year-old singer, born Ella Marija Lani Yelich-O'Connor, has been widely praised for mixing well-established artists, newbie singers, and special guest features.

"Curating the soundtrack for such a hotly-anticipated film was a challenge, but I jumped at the chance," Lorde shared in a statement. "The cast and story are an inspiration for all musicians participating and, as someone with cinematic leanings, being privy to a different creative process has been a unique experience. I think the soundtrack is definitely going to surprise people."

Lorde will be appearing on the soundtrack with four songs, including the "Yellow Flicker Beat," Kanye West's rework of such track, and the "Ladder Song." She will also be featured as a guest on "Meltdown" by Stromae, a collaboration with Haim, Q-Tip and Pusha T.

Aside from Lorde herself, other artists and bands were selected to include fresh songs into the "Mockingjay — Part 1" soundtrack.

Bat for Lashes, Chvrches, the Chemical Brothers and Grace Jones are a few of those who have offered new tracks to the final list. Fans can also look forward to Charli XCX collaborating with Simon Le Bon from Duran Duran for a track titled "Kingdom."

The only unannounced song is for track #5, which will be revealed later on.

The "Mockingjay — Part 1" OST will be released this Nov. 18, three days before the actual movie hits the big screen on Nov. 21 in the United States.
