Mama June recently showed off her slimmer bod in a new Marilyn Monroe-inspired photo shoot.

Ahead of the midseason finale of "Mama June: From Not to Hot," the reality star channeled her inner Marilyn Monroe and sported a short platinum blonde wig for the photo shoot. She also wore the Hollywood icon's famous white halter dress, complete with matching silver wedge sandals. The photoshoot was for the network, which currently airs the second season of June's program.

June, who has long-struggled with partial blindness, underwent emergency surgery to reattach her retina last month. This week's episode saw the mother of four worry over the possibility of not being able to see with her left eye again."It's hard for me to even think about me going completely blind," Mama June stated. "Who's going to take care of my girls, my house? I'm not gonna be able to see Pumpkin's baby [or] Alana. It's gonna be awful."

This is not the first time the 38-year-old went under the knife. In 2017, she showed off her shocking weight loss after going through a series of surgeries. The procedures she had done included the insertion of a gastric sleeve, breast augmentation, as well as skin removal on different parts of her body. Doctors also removed 9 lbs. of loose skin in her stomach area.

Cosmopolitan notes one of the show's stars might be following Mama June's footsteps in the near future. Sugar Bear's new wife, Jennifer Lamb, mentioned in a recent episode that she is thinking about having a weight-loss surgery. Her doctor suggested going under the knife too, but she initially resisted and said her rival June looked like a "bobblehead Barbie doll."

However, she seemed to have a change of heart and said, "If I keep doing what I'm doing now, I'm not guaranteed the next five years."

"Mama June: From Not to Hot" airs every Friday night at 9 p.m. EST on WE tv.0

It might just be me, but amongst all the myriad and somewhat valid objections raised, including by Christians, to "Assisted Dying" (read "Doctors Killing Patients" or "Doctors Helping Patients to Kill Themselves"), I haven't really seen the most important, indeed the all-decisive, one.
