The decision day has come and gone, and the remaining "Married at First Sight" season 4 couples chose to stay married despite the odds and the difficulties of their marriages.

Both pairs believe it is worth knowing about the other person beyond the six-week timeframe of the experiment, and despite the worries they all had, they ultimately decided to stay as husband and wife.

For the final episode of "Married at First Sight" season 4, aptly titled "After the Decision," the experts that helped Tom and Lillian and Sonia and Nick with their relationships will check back in on the couples months after decision day.

Of course, there is the hope that the couples still had the spark and the willingness they had when they decided to stay married to one another, although there is no way of knowing that for now.

However, rumors suggest that Nick and Sonia, whose last weeks on the social experiment made "Married at First Sight" season 4 viewers thought were leading them right to divorce, may still be together.

At least based on Nick's Twitter feed, one would believe that he and Sonia are still together months after the episodes were filmed, something that fans would not have seen coming based on how things were going between them on the show.

"We are very different in terms of our love languages, and it's hard to connect with someone when you're speaking different languages," Sonia told The Knot about Nick.

"However, thankfully we realized this early on so we could learn each other's language," she went on to say. It looks like the "Married at First Sight" season 4 couple is going strong.

It looks like the same can be said with Tom and Lillian, who hit it off right off the bat until they realized towards the end that their lifestyles are very different.

A recent Instagram post by Tom suggests this. "I decided to take care of [Lillian's] heart!! And she wants my heart too!! Thanks Married at First Sight," he captioned a photo of him and Lillian.

I decided to take care of @lillyvilchez heart!! And she wants my heart too!! Thanks #marriedatfirstsight
