An article describing the HoloLens Development Edition was published a day earlier than intended, giving readers an early peek at its package.

Fortune published a HoloLens article containing what developers will be receiving upon ordering the Development Edition of HoloLens. The package includes documentation and tutorial videos to assist developers in creating Windows 10 apps for the Microsoft VR gear. It also contains three games – "Fragments," "RoboRaid" and "Young Conker." Pre-orders started Feb. 29 for $3,000 and developers can expect theirs to be delivered on March 30 and onward.

The original article was published on Feb. 28 with a time stamp of 1:46 p.m. EST. This was captured and posted on Reddit. The said article was taken down shortly, as shown in the discussion on the Reddit board, but it was put right back the following day, Feb. 29, at 9:00 a.m EST.

One point of discussion on the Reddit board was where this information originally came from since the article does not mention one. One user suggested that it came from the Windows 10 and Xbox gaming press event last Feb. 25 and one also suggested that it may have come from a leaked blog post.

Regarding the game, there is a big chance that the three games mentioned will be included in its commercial version.

"Fragments" is a kind of crime and drama game where players will be put in charge to investigate and solve the crime. Players will also be able to interact with the game characters that will be sitting right on the player's couch.

"Young Conker" is about a squirrel that can interact with whatever is in a room. A game played in the bedroom will have a different game dynamics from a game played in the living room. Every room gives a different game play.

Lastly, "RoboRaid," showcased as Project X-Ray at last year's E3, is a first-person shooter game that involves aliens and a lot of wall ripping. Players will be using the Clicker, an accessory for HoloLens.

There is no word yet on when the consumer version of the Microsoft HoloLens will be made available for purchase.
