Nexus 6, Google's hottest handset, was made available for a pre-order on Oct. 29. Five minutes in, eager buyers already left Google PlayStore empty. Users who place their orders after the handsets sold out will only get this unfortunate note in return: "We are out of inventory. Please check back soon." Whatever Google meant with 'soon', it seems that it is not just a stone's throw away.

But the good news is that the wait will not be difficult to bear anymore as the Nexus 6 will be rolled out by Nov. 12. The 32 GB and 64 GB models of the new handset both in Midnight Blue and Cloud White will be on hand by that time with a $649 and $699 price tag.

But if the restocking of the PlayStore (which is still unannounced) is still too backbreaking to wait for, buyers can also turn to U.S. major carriers for good deals, not only to be able to get a hold of the device, but also to get it at a lower cost. A number of carriers are said to attach a $50 on contract for the premium-specced device.

T-Mobile, AT&T and Sprint have already put up a dedicated page for the upcoming Nexus 6 but it is T-Mobile that is set to offer the device the same day of its release. Verizon and US Cellular have yet to confirm but according to the IDigital Times, Verizon may be eyeing the Droid Turbo, which is comparable to the Nexus handset.

On the other hand, customers outside U.S. can resort to a number of international carriers that will offer the heavyweight smartphone. These include Vodafone, Vodafone ES, Vodafone IT, Vodafone NL, Telcel, Rogers, Bell, Telus, CPW, Hutch, SFR, Electronic Partner, Claro, Orange ES, MSH and Optus.

CNET also reported that UK buyers will be able to purchase the Nexus 6 for roughly £460 by December. Also, the handset will cost about AUD740 in Australia.

What makes the Nexus 6 a success? The Nexus 6 sports a 6-inch Quad HD display and houses a 2.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor attuned to unspoiled movies, videos, gaming, e-books, and internet surfing. It is also equipped with 3 GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel camera and a long-lasting battery which generates 6 hours of use in only 15 minutes of charging.
