The Oklahoma City Thunder will have one more preseason road game this Friday before heading back home as they play against the Memphis Grizzlies at the FedEx Forum.
Both Western Conference powerhouse teams are still undefeated in this year's preseason at 3–0.
Oklahoma City knocked out the Minnesota Timberwolves (122–99), Fenerbahçe Ülker (111–81), and the Dallas Mavericks (100–88) to stay undefeated.
In their most recent win against the Mavs last Tuesday, All-Star point guard Russell Westbrook led the charge for the Thunder tallying 19 points, together with three rebounds, two assists, and two steals.
Center Enes Kanter played huge for Oklahoma City with a double-double performance, scoring 17 points and grabbing 11 rebounds.
The Thunder also got a scoring lift from former Most Valuable Player (MVP) Kevin Durant, and guards Anthony Morrow and Dion Waiters who had 10 points each versus Dallas.
Having the combination of Durant and Westbrook healthy is a key for the Thunder this season and it is being displayed in this year's preseason.
Meanwhile, the Grizzlies survived a LeBron James-led Cleveland Cavaliers in their last game to remain unbeaten in their preseason campaign. Before the win over Cleveland, the Grizzlies have defeated the Houston Rockets (92–89) and Maccabi Haifa (97–84).
The Grizzlies had a total team effort in their win over the Cavaliers with five players scoring in double-digits and four of those are starters.
Leading that charge was former All-Star Zach Randolph who had 14 points, together with three rebounds, two assists, and one steal. Randolph was followed by forward Jeff Green and guard Courtney Lee who each had 11 points, with center Marc Gasol and forward Jarnell Stokes adding 10 points each.
The Grizzlies' most recent preseason win kept the Cavaliers winless in five preseason games this 2015.
