Filming for "Peaky Blinders" season 4 will begin in spring next year, lead actor Cillian Murphy has revealed during the premiere of his crime action "Free Fire."

"We start shooting the next series next March, I think," the actor, who plays the role of protagonist Tommy Shelby, said during the event as quoted by Express and Star.

"The success of it is down to really great writing. People in America love it, people in Australia love it, people in Poland love it— it's mad," he went on to say with regards to how far "Peaky Blinders" has come.

BBC renewed the series for a fourth and fifth season, which shows the confidence of the network of the show's grip of the audience.

This means that fans will no longer have to worry about "Peaky Blinders" season 4 being the show's end as Tommy Shelby is not going anywhere.

The last time fans saw him, he had his family arrested, but assured them that they will not spend a long time in prison. However, this does not change the fact that he sold them out and they are not expected to take him for it.

"Everything has changed. I think his family think that he's betrayed them. It'll be up to Tommy to demonstrate to them that he hasn't betrayed them and that he has a bigger plan," Murphy told Independent.

"The question is what that bigger plan is. Who is he gonna call? What's gonna happen to the family? Can he ever get that level of trust or love back again?" he went on to say.

Meanwhile, for Aunt Polly (Helen McCrory), it looks like this arrest is nothing that a little snag that she cannot fix. In "Peaky Blinders" season 4, she will continue to do what she does best and more.

Polly is just even more determined to expand the business in "Peaky Blinders" season 4 and fix what needs fixing to get things going again.

"Peaky Blinders" season 4 premieres in fall next year on BBC.
