Persona 5 Atlus

The new announcement for the "Persona 5" game series is that it will get its international English release for the PS3 and PS4 on Feb. 14, Valentine's Day, of 2017, following the Japanese version released on Sept. 15 of this year. University Herald reports that its special anime series, "Persona 5 The Animation: The Day Breakers" is going to air this September, right before the game's official Japanese launch.

This anime special is reported to recap a prologue story about the thief organization's beginnings at the game center. On the game's 20th anniversary, an orchestra will also rovide a special concert titled, "Person 5 20th Fes.", which will be done in the same style as high school student festivals in Japan. The Atlus website had its Special E3 "Persona 5" live stream on June 15, according to Yibada.

Ecumenical News has also reported about "Take Your Heart," the new premium edition version, which costs $89.99. The "Take Your Heart" permium edition is going to be released exclusively for the PlayStation 4 console. This edition includes the game's soundtrack CD, the cat mascot Morgana's 4" plush toy, and a concept and character sketch hardcover art book with 64 pages. Other freebies include a steelbook casing with special "Persona 5" designs, one school bag with the Shujin Academy crest, and a huge collectible outer box. This will make the game's freebie box one of the largest to ever be included with any edition of a game.

"Persona 5" was first announced by Altus in 2015. According to CrossMap, there will be new modes features in this new installment to the "Persona" series, with the Cooperation mode allowing players to make social links and relationships with NPCs for benefits, and with the Sneak mode allowing players to avoid new elements when roaming around in dungeons. Fans are also expecting new weapons, new characters and new abilities.
