Filming for "Power" season 4 is well underway, and to make things more exciting, cast member and producer 50 Cent took to social media to show how things are coming along.

"Season 4 on the way, I have something to prove again I'm excited I'm focused," the rapper captioned a photo of "Power" newcomer Sung Kang, whose casting was announced last month.

The "Fast and Furious" alum has been filming his scenes for the new season already. A photo of the actor with co-stars Jerry Ferrara and Lela Loren was shared on the official "Power" Twitter account.

Kang's role is being kept under wraps at the moment, but he looks to be playing a role who is on the side of the law, seeing that he is hanging out with Angela (Loren) and Joe (Ferrara).

There are reports, however, that Kang's character will also be romantically involved with Angela in "Power" season 4, although there is no official information to corroborate this yet.

However, executive producer Neill Kemp did reveal to Deadline that whoever the actor will play, "he's a very influential character who comes into Angela's life."

It remains to be seen how the guy is influential for now, but if Kemp's remark about Angela's business in the new season, he may have something to do with the prosecutor taking her job more seriously in "Power" season 4.

"We're going to see Angela actually try to become a decent prosecutor again," Kemp said. "She's wrong right now, but she's in the place of righteousness," she went on to say.

Other than that, there is no concrete information about who Kang will be to Ghost (Omar Hardwick) and the rest of the characters in "Power" season 4.

Fortunately for fans, they will not have to wait that long to see him in action as he will be introduced in the premiere.

"Power" season 4 premieres sometime next year on Starz.
