The current number one club in La Liga, Real Madrid, will likely remain undefeated in their campaign when they host struggling Malaga this Saturday at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

Los Blancos captured a 2–1 victory over Athletic Bilbao in their last La Liga match to extend their winning streak to four matches.

Real opened their season with a scoreless draw against Sporting Gijón but since then have scored impressive wins over Real Betis (5–0), Espanyol (6–0), Granada (1–0), and Bilbao.

Rafael Benítez's squad sits on top of the table with 13 points (4–1–0) but is in a three-way tie with Celta Vigo and Villarreal.

Real Madrid are playing well on both offense and defense, already scoring 14 goals in La Liga play while only allowing one goal which was scored in their last match against Los Leones.

In their recent win, French forward Karim Benzema shone, scoring a brace to help continue the winning streak.

Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo already have five goals each according to Sports Mole and this makes them the most dangerous threats on offense for the struggling Malaga when they play Saturday.

Meanwhile, Malaga will have a tall task in their search for their first La Liga win and goal.

Los Boquerones are winless in all their five matches so far and have not scored a single goal in two draws and three losses.

Malaga is winless in their matches against Sevilla (0–0), Barcelona (1–0), Eibar (0–0), Getafe (1–0), and Villarreal (1–0).

Despite their struggles, Malaga's defense is a facet of their game they can pride themselves with as they only conceded three goals in five La Liga matches.

Los Boquerones are on the second to the last place in the La Liga table with only two points tied with Sevilla.

An upset victory over Real will give Malaga five points and it will surely help them climb up the standings.

The match between Real Madrid and Malaga will take place on Saturday, Sept. 26, starting at 12:15 p.m. ET. To watch via live stream, click here.
