Episode 7 of USA Network's series "Royal Pains" will see Dr. Hank Lawson (Mark Feuerstein) helping Boris (Campbell Scott) prep a secret patient for surgery, Cartermatt reports.

In "Lama Trauma," the "concierge doctor" will be working on the little boy whom the German kept as a VIP patient in the super secret laboratory. Meanwhile, Dr. Evan (Paulo Costanzo) will try to chase a bad omen out of the hospital and Divya (Reshma Shetty) will get an offer from Prince Quami (Wolé Parks) that will lead her to make a major decision in her personal life.

Last episode, viewers saw Boris catching Evan inside the secret OR after an alarm went off the moment he found the room. The wealthy businessman then revealed that there was a VIP patient that needed surgery and that it should be kept top secret. Evan then was cautioned to keep the information to himself and not tell his brother what he had learned.

Meanwhile, Dr. Jeremiah (Ben Shenkman) had disappeared after making a mistake at the lab. Divya, for her part, was seeing an old patient of theirs with an unusual rash. After examining it, she thought it was smallpox. She used this knowledge to "draw out" Jeremiah from where he was hiding, Celebrity Laundry reported. However, he did not take the bait.

After his double date, Hank realized that he really did not want to settle down yet and although Helen was great, he knew he had to break up with her. Later, he got a proposition from Boris, asking him to do the surgery on a little boy.

Evan found out that one of the guys they were working with was a snitch and immediately reported him. Boris praised him and told him he had earned the right to know the secret identity of the VIP patient who would be undergoing surgery. But when they walked into the OR, he saw Hank already prepping the boy.

As for Divya, her case wasn't smallpox. Because of all the excitement, she forgot to take her meds and promptly passed out into Jeremiah's arms when she went to see him. The doctor helped her, though he said that his decision not to return to medicine was final.

"Royal Pains" Episode 7 airs 10:01 p.m. Tuesday on USA Network.
