Many fans of the "Tomb Raider" series have been wondering what is next for the game franchise. Recently, leaks have surfaced about the upcoming game, which is apparently titled "Shadow of the Tomb Raider." Interestingly, the leaks have been found in a place where no one would exactly expect it to be.

On the "Tomb Raider" website, the description notes that a reveal for the game will be made within the next 24 hours. However, a Twitter user named Nibel has uncovered a lot of apparent leaks when checking the website's source code. First, although it says there is a scheduled reveal soon, the presumable full reveal will apparently be shown on Apr. 27, 2018.

That is not all. Aside from the reveal date, the HTML code of the website also mentions a release date. A line reads "Shadow of the Tomb Raider is the climactic finale of Lara's origin story. Available September 14th 2018." Not only does that give a release date, but fans know now that it is the last game in the series.

Another leak in the form of a teaser for the game was also shared on Facebook. It seemed to be showing in a theater of some sort. The end of the trailer also confirms the name of the game and also mentions the release date as well.

Although none of this has been fully confirmed yet, it almost seems too convincing not to believe in it. After all, it was found on the website of the game itself. Whether it was an accident or not, undoubtedly it has more authenticity than other leaks for other games.

For now, fans can wait and see how the teaser, trailer, reveal or whatever it may be that will be revealed for the game in the next 24 hours.
