As their offensive struggles continue, the St. Louis Rams will be seeing a new starting quarterback as head coach Jeff Fisher decided to start Case Keenum in their game Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.

Keenum will replace original starter Nick Foles who has struggled in their past games with the Rams, who are currently riding a two-game losing streak.

"This is my decision. Nobody came down the hall and said, 'This is what we need to do.' The lack of offensive production is a collective effort and coaching. But we need more production, and it starts with that position," Fisher said, according to ESPN.

Starting in all of the Rams' nine games this season, Foles has 145 completions for 1,678 yards and seven touchdowns, also throwing six interceptions.

Foles was acquired via trade in the offseason from the Philadelphia Eagles for quarterback Sam Bradford and a number of draft picks.

The Rams hoped the 26-year-old quarterback would be the answer to their offensive woes; he was effective early in the season but recently has been having a hard time.

Now, Keenum will try to help the Rams with Fisher putting his trust on the 27-year-old quarterback.

"We're going to trust his mobility and his ability to extend plays and things and just give us an offensive spark that we need," Fisher stated, according to ESPN.

Keenum is no stranger to starting in games as he did such in 10 games playing for the Houston Texans.

But he did not have that great of a record in those starting stints; he was 2–8 with a total of 182 completions for 2,195 yards and 11 touchdowns, also throwing eight interceptions.

Despite the numbers, the Rams are really aiming to improve their offensive production and with Foles not living up to their expectations, they are turning to Keenum to try and turn things around.

The Rams are currently at 4–5 in the National Football Conference (NFC) West and are on the second spot, just behind the division-leading Arizona Cardinals (7–2).

Faith is often accompanied by uncertainty, yet it is in stepping forward that we encounter the power of God. The Israelites learned this at the Jordan River, where God performed a miracle only after they demonstrated obedience.
