It looks like fans of Scott (Tyler Posey) and Kira (Arden Cho) are in for more heartaches as the two continue to grow farther and further apart in the upcoming episode of MTV's hit series "Teen Wolf."

In "Required Reading," the International Business Times reports that the kitsune will continue to distance herself from her Alpha boyfriend as she fears her growing power and her lack control over it. Scott, for his part, cannot help himself from questioning whether to trust her or not.

Executive Producer Jeff Davis told The Hollywood Reporter that Kira's choice to "pull away" from her friends was because she believed she may be doing "more harm than good."

"This season is all about power going haywire for Kira. The rise in her power and her lack of control begins to push them (Kira and Scott) apart," he said.

The showrunner also revealed that the scene where Scott told Kira that he loved her after he fought with Donovan (Ashton Moio) and the Dread Doctors would be one of "the last good moments" for the two.

Meanwhile, viewers will finally meet Stiles' (Dylan O'Brien) mom, Claudia in episode 6. After reading Dr. Valack's book in order to relieve memories of the Dread Doctors, the whole pack experienced some "strange effects."

It appears that Stiles will be brought back in time when his mom was still alive. She died when he was still very young and was suffering from frontotemporal dementia, a condition where the brain shrinks leading to dementia and death. The circumstances surrounding Claudia's demise, however, remain to be a mystery.

Elsewhere, Lydia (Holland Roden) will also remember something after reading the book. She will recall that the Dread Doctors were in the hospital during her surgery and it seems like whatever she has become is entirely because of them.

"Teen Wolf" airs on Monday at 10 p.m. EST on MTV.
