The sixth and final season of Teen Wolf finally received its official release date and the MTV teen fantasy drama is set to kick off their final run on November 15.

According to the cast, loyals fans will have plenty to look forward to with the upcoming season because aside from ending the finale season with the show's 100th episode, the new villains called the Ghostriders are definitely a force to be reckoned with.

Based on a report by IBTimes, the group will target Stiles, among a host of returning characters like Peter, played by Ian Bohen. Another returning cast member is Cody Christian's Theo.

"So much peace was in me, and happiness, looking back on everything that we've done as a cast, as a show, as an entity. There's not a lot of shows that can say they've done that and made 100 episodes and remained friends and are going to go on to bigger and better things. ... I am going to bawl my eyes out, but they're all happy tears," Tyler Posey, who plays the titular character said in an interview with TVLine.

Meanwhile, speculations are still rife that Dylan O' Brien's accident from the Maze Runner set and his unexpected absence from the show may have contributed to the network's decision to finally end the show.

Dylan was also absent at this year's San Diego Comic Con where his co stars explained that he was still recuperating.

The fact that rating slipped by almost 50 percent last season also did not do the show any favors.

Meanwhile the Teen Wolf team made good use of their SDCC appearance to unveil the upcoming season's trailer, which hinted at what's in store for Stiles and the gang.

"I saw him the other day. He's just full of love. Keep sending (him) your love. That's all we gotta do," Posey said, urging fans to continue supporting his co star.
