'The Blacklist' season 4 episode 6 spoilers: Liz must pick a side

Liz (Megan Boone) will be confronted with a big decision when "The Blacklist" season 4 returns with episode 6, "The Thrushes," where she and Reddington (James Spader) finally locate Kirk (Ulrich Thomsen).

The promo for the episode teases that Liz will be forced to choose who the right person to trust. There is Kirk, who has brought nothing but trouble and danger so far to Liz and her family. Then, there's Red, who she believes has always been mysterious and a liar (most especially for keeping the truth about her father) but saved her life on several occasions.

The promo for "The Blacklist" season 4 episode 6 teases that Liz might play the "blood is thicker than water" card on Red, who tries to convince Liz about one thing.

Red reminds her that although Kirk is her mother's husband, "that does not make him your father." However, he called him out saying, "You know what you sound like? A suspect caught in a lie."

"I have never lied to you," Red responded, his face dead serious as seen in "The Blacklist" season 4, episode 6 promo .

However, Liz herself does not know what to believe anymore, especially after learning that she did not kill her father, which is what Red made her accept as true this whole time.

The ultimate confrontation of the three in "The Blacklist" season 4 episode 6 will happen on a rooftop, where Kirk threatens to drop Agnes to her death.

It appears that the plan involves Liz talking to Kirk first before Red makes his move. From the looks of it, Kirk blackmails her supposed daughter with the life of Agnes in order to make her agree on something.

Hopefully, more information as to who Liz really is will emerge from this moment in "The Blacklist" season 4 episode 6 as the three are finally together again in one place.

Meanwhile, the synopsis of the episode reads: "When Alexander Kirk contracts with a mysterious group that specializes in hacking the world's most secure computer systems, Red and Liz see an opportunity to make a move on Kirk's organization."

"The Blacklist" season 4 episode 6, "The Thrushes," airs on Thursday, Oct. 27, at 10 p.m. ET on NBC.
