The gaming market is rife with rumors on the newest Xbox One consoles. According to Inquisitr, the company is continuously working on updating and improving their latest generation of consoles to keep up with its main competitor, the PlayStation 4 and the Nintendo NX. The industry is hyping up the Electronic Entertainment Expo, where it is said that they will showcase and release the best titles and new consoles for games, entertainment and recreation.

The Xbox One slim is one of the biggest open rumors of the industry. It is said to be a refreshed version of the Xbox One in a slimmer, 40 percent more compact casing which may or may not include 4k video support. The Vine Report also mentions that this slimmed-down version will cost less and will be using much less overall power. Despite this, it will actually have larger storage space, 2TB oh hard drive space for heavier games. It may also have a re-designed controller that comes along with it. Other rumors say that this one will be shown during the E3 as part of Microsoft's "Project Helix" program, which will be their attempt at combining the Windows 10 and the Xbox for a better gaming experience. It might also be released sometime arround August this year.

Microsoft is also reportedly working on a stronger machine for the Xbox console, codenamed "Scorpio". This new update to the Xbox One is said to have a stronger GPU that is capable of 4k gaming, along with Oculus Rift capabilities. The Verge reports that Microsoft is allegedly pursuing a type of partnership with the Oculus designers, but these details don't immediately seem to translate into them providing native support for the device on the Xbox consoles. This news was apparently leaked last month from reports by the FCC suggesting that Microsoft was working on various new wireless chips aimed towards a better use of the Xbox One consoles. We may hear more yet after the E3 event starting June 14.
