Daisy (Chloe Bennet) may be busy assembling her Secret Warriors team, but she will still take some time off for her romance with Lincoln (Luke Mitchell) in the second half of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 3.

According to IGN, Coulson's (Clark Gregg) protégée is very close to finalizing the members of the Inhuman group of fighters, especially with Lincoln deciding to stay with S.H.I.E.L.D. Although the man is a confirmed alcoholic, there is no denying that he can be a valuable asset, once he focuses in doing his job for the cause. The Secret Warriors' mission is to find Inhumans and protect them from poachers. In this way, they can prove to the rest of the world that they can co-exist with the human beings in peace.

Mitchell shared in his interview that season 3B would be "an interesting time period" for his character. He said that Lincoln would have some struggles, trying to fit in to the team. The actor also talked about the Lincoln-Daisy relationship, stating that the romance would continue to bloom and that there would be "more kissing."

"He's part of the team, he's integrating of sorts into the team, and that's where there will be a little bit of conflict coming up because it won't be the smoothest transition or integration. He still has his own reservations and perspectives and one or two demons in the closet that are unresolved... There definitely will be a little bit more romance," he said.

Meanwhile, TV Line reports that season 3B will show more of Lincoln's backstory. During the first half, viewers learned the difficulties that the Inhuman experienced when he was on the run. Executive producer Maurissa Tancharoen reportedly said that the upcoming episodes would fill in the gaps of Lincoln's pre-Afterlife days.

"Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 3 will return on March 8 at 9 p.m. EST on ABC.
