There's another spine-chilling teaser for "American Horror Story: Hotel," and it gives fans the creeps like the other teasers and previews released for the upcoming season. This one involves someone's forearm, the kind that one doesn't see everyday.

The teaser runs for only 16 seconds and it shows nothing but a forearm with a keyhole, with swollen veins around it. As the person to whom the arm belongs to inserts a needle into a vein, the needle is revealed to be a key, hence the teaser title "Locked Up."

It remains to be seen who the character is. They seem to be a heroin addict, and TV Line guesses that it is either Hypodermic Sally played by Sarah Paulson or Gabriel portrayed by Max Greenfield.

Just recently, there was a clip showing all the characters for the upcoming season of the hit FX horror anthology. The confirmed characters all elicit different sorts of scariness that strangely blend together like a dream. The footage also finally gave viewers a good look at Lady Gaga, who will be this season's centerpiece.

"The Countess is a very old soul," the singer told Entertainment Weekly of her character. "She's extremely strong. She's been through so much. It's kind of impossible for anything to penetrate her."

She added that the season will focus on her "survival," which apparently involves viruses.

"American Horror Story: Hotel" premieres with an episode titled "Checking In," which was written by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk and directed by Ryan Murphy. The synopsis for the episode is rather short but is enough to give away the premise and invite curiosity. The synopsis is as follows:

"Detective and family man John Lowe [Wes Bentley] investigates a chain of gruesome murders in Los Angeles. A mysterious tip points him to the enigmatic Hotel Cortez."

"American Horror Story: Hotel" premieres on Oct. 7 on FX.
