Insecurities will surface in a challenging photo shoot in the upcoming episode of the CW's long-running reality show "America's Next Top Model" season 22.

In "The Guy Who Gets a Hickey," TV Guide reports that the twelve remaining models' confidence will take a hit after knowing that their photos will not be retouched. In the sneak peak released by the CW, the contestants will find the task very difficult indeed, as some cannot handle the pressure well.

Enstarz reports that Ava Capra and Dustin McNeer will struggle the most. Creative consultant Yu Tsai has nothing but criticism for the two throughout the photo shoot. Capra, however, remains positive that she will go through the next phase of the competition. During the confessions, the contestant from Los Angeles still believes she is a good model and rightly so, considering she topped the last challenge. Will she also manage to pull through with this task?

Mamé Adjei will also feel anxiety of having her photo judged raw. She admits that not having any retouches "elevates the pressure," but she will gamely do her best in the challenge. As for Mikey Heverly, he claims not minding whether his pictures will be untouched or not. In fact, he said he prefers that they don't edit his pictures.

Meanwhile, a huge argument will rock the competition. TV Guide reveals that it has something to do with the romantic relationships forming among the contestants. This will not come as a surprise to the viewers, as from the get-go, certain models have demonstrated their attraction to one another. Will these relationships pose as threats on their performances in the next tasks?

Last episode, Hadassah Richardson had a small meltdown after learning that judge Tyra Banks wanted to shave half of her head. She was able to get over her apprehensions, however, and accept her makeover transformation. At the end, it was Stefano Churchill who got sent home.

"America's Next Top Model" season 22 airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on the CW.
