A new downloadable content (DLC) pack announced for "Assassin's Creed Syndicate" will be adding a campaign that centers on Jack the Ripper to the game.

The new campaign will be set two decades after the main game. In this particular campaign, players will have to team up with Scotland Yard's Frederick Abberline to nab the infamous assailant, Polygon reported.

Aside from the new Jack the Ripper campaign, there are other additions found in the recently DLC pack.

Upon purchasing it, players will also receive an exclusive mission known as "A Long Night" where they will be tasked with finding a fellow gang member and returning him to the hideout in what is being billed as an action-packed excursion.

There will also be a new ten-mission set known as "The Last Maharaja" pack that will have players joining a man named Duleep Singh. Their missions with Singh involve a variety of challenges focused on how he will be able to formally reclaim his birthright.

A new "Streets of London" gameplay pack will also be offered to players, and this addition will introduce more missions on top of gear and weapons.

Two new sets of gear and weapons will also be provided to players. Both the Steampunk Pack and the Victorian Legends Pack are promising to give players equipment that should help the game even more enjoyable.

An experience boost will also be provided in the new pack, although this appears to be a bonus that will be exclusively given only to Season Pass holders.

The new Jack the Ripper-focused DLC pack for "Assassin's Creed Syndicate" can be purchased separately or part of the Season Pass.

The recently announced DLC pack for the game is already the second one, according to Gamespot.

Players who pre-order "Assassin's Creed Syndicate" will be able to get a hold of the first one known as the Darwins and Dickens Conspiracy DLC Pack.

"Assassin's Creed Syndicate" will be released on Oct. 23 for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with the personal computer (PC) version expected to arrive during the holiday season.
