James Cameron sure knows how to excite "Avatar" fans.  The Oscar-winning director revealed that he is planning to come up with three follow-ups for his 2009 blockbuster fantasy adventure movie, and he is excited to share it with the fans.  

"I can tell you one thing about them, they're gonna be b**chin'," the director shared during an interview with Empire magazine. "You will s**t yourself with your mouth wide open." 

The 60-year-old director is currently busy concluding the scripts for the untitled "Avatar" sequels set to be filmed in New Zealand, and the storylines is being kept a secret at this point. 

According to reports, Cameron met with "Avatar" writers Amanda Silver, Josh Friedman, Shane Salerno, and Rick Jaffa, and they "whiteboarded out every scene in every film" for seven months. He then assigned a movie for each writer during the last day of their meetings. 

"I knew if I assigned them their scripts ahead of time, they'd tune out every time we were talking about the other movie," he explained. 

Meanwhile, the director backtracked on his words a little when he said that he wants to shoot the "Avatar" sequels at a super fast paced 60 frames per second. Now, Cameron said that the films will be using videos that shoot 48 frames per second. 

The first Avatar film remains as the highest-grossing movie of all time, having earned a record-breaking $2.8 billion at the box office worldwide.  It comes as no surprise, therefore, that a lot of viewers are eager to find out what surprises the next films will bring.  But while information about the movies is limited, reports do say that the original cast members will return to reprise their roles in the upcoming sequels, including Zoe Saldana as Neytiri and Sam Worthington as Jake Sully. Also, the second "Avatar" film will reportedly be released sometime in 2016, while the rest will soon follow. Other stars to join the films are still unconfirmed.
