"Batman: Arkham Knight" will receive new content in the form of Michael Keaton's old "Batman" costume as well as a new design for the Batmobile.

Both items will be part of the "1989" skin pack due out for the game, according to Polygon. The new items take inspiration from the old "Batman" movie starring Michael Keaton which was released in 1989. The film was directed by Tim Burton.

The "1989" pack will also include two tracks taking inspiration from the film's sequel to go along with the Batman and Batmobile skins.

Apart from the 1989-style Batman costume, there will be three other new looks for the Caped Crusader that may be found in the "Bat-family" skin pack, according to Game Informer.

First is the Iconic Grey and Black Batman, which as the name suggests, features Bruce Wayne in the classic color combination. Next up is the 1970s Batman, which features the superhero in a combination blue and grey outfit that became synonymous with that period in his history. Lastly, players will also receive the Arkham Origins Batman, which is most notable for decking the Dark Knight in a nearly all-black ensemble.

It's not just Batman who will receive a new look when the skin pack is released, as new costumes for other secondary characters will also be included.

The pack will also include the skins One Year Later Robin, Original Arkham Nightwing and 1990s Catwoman.

Players who have the season pass for "Batman: Arkham Knight" will receive both packs. Both the "1989" and "Bat-family" packs will be launched in August.

The expansion pack, "A Family Matter," has also been released for "Batman: Arkham Knight" recently. The pack introduces players to Batgirl and also features a new storyline revolving around her character.

"A Family Matter" has so far only been been available for the console platforms of the game.
