One "Batman: Arkham Knight" mod is giving players the chance to use any character inside the game.

Thanks to the mod, players can choose to step into the shoes of some of the most familiar and nefarious characters in the game such as the Joker and Harley Quinn, while also allowing players to use some more underappreciated characters like Commissioner Gordon and Gotham City Police Department's Officer Owens just to name a few.

Other characters players can use include Azrael, Bruce Wayne, Catwoman, Nightwing, Red Hood and Robin.

Players can also change characters as they are playing the game by using some of the function keys on the keyboard, according to Wired.

It is worth noting that the mod is still limited. The mod itself can only be using during the game's Free Roam mode and there is always a chance that altering the game so drastically can result to files being corrupted, according to Gamespot. The mod's creator suggests that any player looking to try out the new addition should backup their files just in case they become corrupted.

The mod is available for the PC version of "Batman: Arkham Knight" which might turn out to be a problem for some players who may be planning to try it out.

As of now, Warner Bros., the game's publisher, has chosen to pull copies of the PC version of "Batman: Arkham Knight off the shelves due to some technical problems with its build, according to Forbes.

Warner Bros. has vowed to continue work on the PC port of "Batman: Arkham Knight" until it is glitch-free, but the process may take awhile.

In the meantime, the game's publisher has promised to release interim patches on top of one initial patch they have already distributed to help players who have already purchased their PC copies of "Batman: Arkham Knight."

Warner Bros. has yet to release an expected timeline for when the PC port of "Batman: Arkham Knight" may finally be fixed.
