Zack Snyder has had his share of criticism and praises and such is expected to follow once "Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice" hits theaters next year.

The film is an eagerly awaited one, especially for the DC Universe fans. And while Ben Affleck and Jason Momoa have said their piece on why fans will truly enjoy the movie, add another popular actor to the mix in the person of Jeremy Irons.

Irons will be taking on the role of Alfred Pennyworth, the trusted butler and confidant of Bruce Wayne aka Batman.

La Nazione had a chance to talk to Irons where he bared that this is one movie that is simply amazing and a blockbuster written from the heart.

Snyder is no stranger to being criticized, mostly for changing certain parts of the script. And this all apparently refers to his Superman version, "Man of Steel," which had some scenes that were fabricated and could not be found in the comic book.

Of course the comic book versions had different versions on how Jonathan Kent died but if you look back to some movies and series, he passed away due to a heart attack.

Regardless, such is a concern that most DC comic readers are surely waiting for. Will it follow the animated series to the letter or will there be more fabrications in the upcoming movie?

Whatever the case may be, Snyder may change some scenes but obviously not with the intent of rewriting the movie in its entirety. The changed scenes are obviously something meant to make it better and sensible and this is perhaps what Irons is referring to.

The film is one-year off and with no teaser-trailer to rely on, maybe fans can hold off their criticism and take the word of the people who are actually involved in the production of "Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice" for now.

"Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" is scheduled to be shown in theaters on March 25, 2016.
