Battlefield: Hardline beta version for PC, PS4 available for download

The beta version of Battlefield: Hardline is now available for download on PC and PlayStation 4.

Due to the success of the Battlefield series, game maker EA plans to unleash a slightly different gameplay this year with shooting-type of game. EA also promised players multi-player function gameplay, new gadgets as well as bank heists similar to Grand Theft Auto V.

Battlefield: Hardline will be officially announced on E3 2014 event, but EA is already offering gamers and fans an exclusive beta sign-up offer for the game based on First Come First Serve (FCFS) system.

For gamers to take advantage of the offer, one must go to www.battlefield.com/hardline/beta and sign up to the promotional offer, then download the free beta version of the game. EA has reserved very limited slots for gamers or non-developers on the FSFC system.

The beta version is currently available only to PC and PS4 users and Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PS3 will not be supported. Moreover, for gamers who wish to install the beta version of the upcoming Battlefield game, they should have the previous Battlefield 4 on their systems.

Lastly, those who signed up for the beta site will receive a bunch of goodies such as weapon camo/skin, weapon sight, additional content and a unique dog tag.

Meanwhile, the public release of Battlefield: Hardline will be on Oct. 21 to PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.

Last week, a 7-minute gameplay video of Battlefield: Hardline was spotted online and excited a lot of fans. The game showed multiplayer mode and the single player mode revolves on a story about police corruption and drug cartel. The game will steer away from military operations just like the in the previous versions. This time, the new Battlefield game packs a SWAT truck and robbers running away with a vault. This will deliver a new kind of crime fighting scenarios.
