Most games in early development or at pre-production stage usually get leaked through a job listing from the developer company. Platinum Games, however, is working on two new titles from their very own company.

The big difference with these new games is that Platinum Games will be producing them without an outside publisher. Unlike their process during the development of "Bayonetta" and "Vanquish," they will also then be publishing the two new rumored games. Atsushi Inaba, head of development, also proudly mentions that these two new games were pitched by their very own staff and are "two designs that [they]'re genuinely focused on," as per GameInformer.

With the exclusion of other publisher companies and having worked on their own ideas, the games will be an entirely different game from "Bayonetta" or "Vanquish." Inaba even mentions this saying that they are working on "creating [their] own IP, creating [their] own game."

As of now, understandably, there is not much news about either of these games, what they are about, or what kind of genre of game they fall into. The only thing mentioned clearly was that these games are getting a team of 20 people.

Given that Platinum Games will be developing both games entirely on their own, fans of the brand can expect some over-the-top action. "If you're going to put 20 people on the development, it has to be something that's on brand and on topic, and obviously when people think of the Platinum Games brand, they expect crazy hardcore action, right," says Inaba. "That's what they're looking for. And so we have to be reticent of that."

According to PC Gamer, these games may likely come out on PC. They have previously shared that they would want to make their future titles for the PC audience. However, they are also currently working on other titles with publishers, so it is unsure whether all of these new games will come to PC.
