"Better Call Saul" fans are in for a treat as AMC has just released a batch of promo images for season 2.

AMC published three fresh photos for "Better Call Saul" season 2. As these are for promotional purposes, they are more like character portraits rather than ideas as to what the future Saul Goodman has to offer in the sophomore season.

The three images, taken by Ben Leuner, were posted on the AMC website and feature the main character Jimmy Morgan McGill (Bob Odenkirk) and his private investigator-slash-"cleaner" Jonathan Banks (Mike Ehrmantraut).

Though there are no new revelations about the season 2 plot, fans are at least assured that Jimmy a.k.a. Saul and Jonathan are going back for a new season — though there have really been no doubts that they will return to tell the story of Jimmy's journey to being the "Breaking Bad" lawyer.

Collider, however, has a very good interpretation of one of the photos (seen below). In the said photo, Jimmy is seen between two sets of suits and seemingly deciding on which one is best. The left shows traditional suits in typical colours — grey, brown, and dark blue. The right side are the colourful, outlandish suits that Saul Goodman was known for — red, pink, green.

As the online source noted, it shows Jimmy's "fork in the road," choosing to stay good or choosing the path of Saul. Though the photo shows Jimmy leaning towards being traditional, everybody believes that he might eventually go down the path of Saul.

The creator of the black comedy-crime drama Peter Gould said they were surprised at were the show is taking viewers in season 2. He said he "[likes] it an awful lot." He also talks about what Jimmy is going to showcase in the next season.

"That's Jimmy. He gets knocked down, but he always pulls himself back up. I agree with Bob. That's one of the things that's most endearing about him. That ability to bounce back is going to be tested in Season 2," Gould told Yahoo! TV.
