Even though he is already 97 years old, evangelist Billy Graham has proven that he can still lead the masses to Jesus Christ. He has just been named as one of the Gallup Poll's 10 Most Admired Men in 2015 for the 59th consecutive time.

Graham's record is way ahead of anyone else who has been included in the list. He made his first appearance in the list back in 1955, according to the Charlotte Observer.

President Barack Obama leads the pack in the 2015 list—the eighth time that Obama appeared on the list. After Obama, Republican presidential front-runner and business magnate Donald Trump and Pope Francis tied for second place.

Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton also made it into the list for the 14th consecutive year. Clinton has already appeared 20 times on the Gallup poll list.

When Graham's son Franklin learned that his father was given the distinction for the 59th time in a row, he shared on his Facebook page that his father would have wanted nothing more than to honour God with his recognition.

"My father would say, 'It's not about me — it's all about the Lord Jesus Christ,'" writes Graham. "I remember years ago when he stood up to speak to a massive crowd of itinerant evangelists from around the world we had brought together for a conference — and they wouldn't stop applauding. He motioned for them to stop, but they wouldn't. He just kept quietly saying, 'He must increase, but I must decrease' (John 3:30)."

Graham says this story is a good reminder to all Christians that God should always be the main focus of their lives, not victory or fame.
