In the next episode of "Black-ish," Andre Johnson (Anthony Anderson) is selected to run point on a new campaign for "The Talk."

The synopsis and promotional photos for the upcoming installment, which is titled "Bow Knows," were just released recently, and they show Andre in the office with his colleagues Mr. Stevens (Peter Mackenzie), his son Connor (Nelson Franklin), Josh (Jeff Meacham), and Charlie Telphy (Deon Cole).

Stevens selects Andre to head the new campaign for "The Talk," which refers to the conversations that African-American parents have with their children to prepare them for any racial bias that they may encounter in the world. Andre appears to be pleased with Stevens' decision as he feels that he is the right person to run point on this advertising push. After all, he has always been the one who tries and promotes African-American issues in the public eye.

Andre is known to have debates and discussions with his colleagues about African slavery, Black rights, and racial discrimination in the workplace. It seems that he will fit right in with this new campaign. However, it remains to be seen how far he will push his ideas, as he tends to go overboard sometimes.

Meanwhile, his wife Rainbow (Tracee Ellis Ross) finds an online group which she leans on for advice and support. It seems that having a fifth child may be taking a toll on her; thus, she needs all the support she can get.

In the last episode, Andre wanted to hire a lawyer to challenge his sister Rhonda's (Raven Symone) inheritance. He thought that it was unfair that he was not getting some of it. However, he backed off eventually once he softened up about his sister's sad plight.

"Black-ish" season 4 episode 12 will hit the airwaves on Tuesday, Jan. 16, at 9 p.m. EST on ABC.
