Mode4, the independent game studio based in Brussels, Belgium, which developed and published "Bombslinger," announced that the "Bomberman"-inspired Spaghetti Western action game with rogue-like elements will launch out of Steam Early Access on Apr. 11.

PC Gamer reported the news on Mar. 8. Moreover, PC Gamer reported that the price for "Bombslinger," whose Steam Early Access is retailed at $11.99, will increase once the game officially releases.

According to the Steam page of the game, players take on the role of the titular Bombslinger who happens to be a former ruthless bandit turned rancher. He has set out on a journey to exact retribution for those responsible for the brutal murder of his wife. To be able to do so, he must bomb his way through the mob of enemies that come his way, beat his former posse of bandits and defeat the leader of the bandits named Gunslinger.

Players can play "Bombslinger" solo or in local cooperative gameplay (co-op) with up to three friends or robots. The features of the game includes the following — "Bomberman"-inspired single and multiplayer (which are called Deathmatch and Last Man Standing) gameplay modes, procedurally generated levels, a large number of items for players to use as and a four-player battle mode and artificial intelligence (AI) robots for classic local multiplayer action.

The Steam page of the game also lists the minimum system requirement for Microsoft Windows and they are as follows — operating system (OS) should be Windows 7, 8, 9 or 10; processor should be 1.2 Gigahertz (GHz)+; memory should be 2 Gigabyte (GB) random-access memory (RAM); graphics card should be 1 GB; and storage should at least be 500 Megabyte (MB) available space.
