The reviews are out for the new movie "Call Me by Your Name," which received overwhelming feedback from critics who generally praised it for its sweeping, melancholic love story.

Set in the summer of 1983 in Northern Italy, the story is about a precocious teenager by the name of Elio Perlman (Timothee Chalamet) who spends his days in his family's 17th-century villa. He usually ends up reading, playing classical music, and flirting with his friend Marzia (Esther Garrel).

One day, a charming American doctoral student named Oliver (Armie Hammer) arrives to help Elio's father with his work at the university. The two then cross paths with each other, and they begin a friendship that makes Elio question his personal beliefs and desires. Needless to say, their memorable relationship over the course of the summer will change their lives forever.
