"Call of Duty" gamers will have to wait until the end of the year to be able to get their hands on the new "Call of Duty: WWII" created by Activision and Sledgehammer. The game is set to be released on Friday, Nov. 3. 

In the trailer for the upcoming game released on April 27, gamers were able to get their first glimpse of what to expect in the game. The trailer revealed where the game will take place, which will be Normandy, France during D-Day and throughout Europe.

What gamers will be attracted to in the game is the multiplayer option, which was not available for other "Call of Duty" games, like "Black Ops 3," and "Infinite Warfare." It is also reported that the multiplayer function will include female soldiers. This option is seen as a marketing strategy to promote gender equality.

Another thing that will be included in the game is Zombies. The Zombies mode on "Call of Duty" originated from "Call of Duty: World at War," so it was to be expected that "Call of Duty: WWII" will also include the mode.

Even though it is confirmed that the game will have the Zombie mode, there has not been a full reveal about it. Details about the Zombie mode are expected to be announced at the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2017, which will be held in June.

"Call of Duty: WWII" is available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. PlayStation users will have access to a beta version before the game becomes available. There has been no confirmed date yet for the beta release.

The game is now available for pre-order in certain stores. If pre-ordered on GameStop, the buyer will receive a free limited-edition hat.

"Call of Duty: WWII" will be following "Call of Duty Infinite Warfare," which was launched last year in August.
