Singer Carrie Underwood posted an Instagram photo after her dangerous fall in November.

The American Idol star shared a photo together with her husband, Mike Fisher, on her Instagram account. The photo was posted as a means of the couple's support for the End It Movement, a global mass awareness push for freedom and to end modern slavery. She captioned the photo: "Together, we're in it to end it! Help us shine a light on modern day slavery. @enditmovement #enditmovement." Her husband's right back-hand was raised on his mouth with the red x mark of the movement. Underwood, on the other hand, placed a digital x mark on her mouth.

Fans have been quick to support the singer. Some had even left words of encouragement, commenting on how beautiful Underwood despite her injury.

Underwood fell on the steps outside her home in the Nashville area on Nov. 10. The Tennessean reported that a statement provided by the singer's spokesperson said that she was treated at the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries which include a broken wrist as well as a variety of cuts and abrasions. However, in January, fans learned that she suffered more injuries than what her publicist initially reported.

According to Vanity Fair, a fan tweeted a letter sent by Underwood to her fans club in which she wanted her fans to understand that she may not look the same as she received 40 to 50 stitches on her face — she said she hoped the differences were minimal but that she doesn't know what she will look like seeing as she was still in the process of healing. Moreover, she assured her fans that she will be working to make 2018 a good year for her singing career.
