The Chevrolet Camaro is certainly one of the better cars to have, a dream car for the ones who are not financially blessed. But for the ones who are planning or have the dough to do so, will a slight tweak in price matter?

From its previous selling price of $24,700, the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro will reportedly be carrying a price tag starting at $26,995, excluding delivery charges. That is almost a $2,000 jump from the old price, which may or may not matter, depending on whether or not you are one of the folks who could care less as long as the car is worth its value.

The big price jump is reportedly attributed to the fact that the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro is filled with new features.

Among the new enhancements of the vehicle include getting a lighter and smaller car (reportedly 200 pounds less) with a base 2.0 turbo-charged four cylinder engine. It packs 275 horsepower and a 295-pound feet torque, which should more or less give buyers an idea of how fast this baby can go.

Would you believe it can go from 0-60 MPH in under six seconds? Considering the light chassis and its powerful engine, it shouldn't come as a surprise.

There will be a midlevel variant available that is not turbo-charged, but makes use of direct injection that supports a 335 hp and 284-pound feet of torque instead.

Now, aside from the power under the hood, other features that the 2016 offering will have include the company's MyLink infotainment system, an OnStar 4G LTE WiFi hub, the Apple CarPlay, a backup camera, and a drive-mode selector.

Known as a muscle car, this is one car that the elite will surely be interested in getting. Packed with speed complimented by a slew of features that one would want from a fast and expensive vehicle, the price point should initially make car buffs wondering but eventually finding a way to get one to add to the collection of cars in their respective garages.
