The Chicago Bears will play the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday at the TCF Bank Stadium in a big game in Week 15 of the NFL 2015 regular season. The game has a scheduled start time of 1 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the Fox network or online through live stream via the link below.

The Minnesota Vikings still have a chance of claiming the title in the NFC North, however, they likely will need to win out and hope that the Green Bay Packers slip up in the final few weeks to allow them to steal the title away.

Coming into Week 15, the Packers are in control at the top with a 9-4 record, however, the Vikings are just behind with an 8-5 record, but with time running out fast.

If the season ended today then the Vikings would be in the Playoffs as their 8-5 record is enough to make them 6th seeds and the final NFC Wild Card spot. The Seattle Seahawks are 5th seeds at the moment, and the chasing pack in the NFC are way behind with the Atlanta Falcons, Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants occupying the 7th, 8th and 9th seed positions with 6-7 records.

At the moment the Packers occupy the 3rd seed spot as the potential NFC North champs, and that means if things ended now they would face the Vikings. So in essence what these teams may be playing for in the NFC North is for home field advantage in the Wild Card Round.

That should virtually guarantee that the Vikings will make the Playoffs through the Wild Card spots even if they fail to overturn the Packers.

Earlier in the week, the Dallas Cowboys were finally put out of their misery and confirmed as eliminated as postseason contenders. On Saturday night the Cowboys hosted the New York Jets, and although the game went right down to the wire, Dallas were yet again on the wrong side of a tight result to leave them lagging on 4-10 and out of the Playoff picture.

The Jets moved to 9-5 after Randy Bullock kicked a 40 yard field goal with just 36 seconds remaining to hand New York a 19-16 win on the night. The field goal was set up via a Ryan Fitzpatrick 43 yard pass to Kenbrell Thompkins as the quarterback continues to establish himself.

The win for the Jets puts them half a game ahead of both the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Kansas City Chiefs who remain on 8-5 coming into Sunday's games. The race for the two Wild Card sports in the AFC will likely go down to a contest between these three teams, and the Jets need to make sure they win out to give themselves the best chance of making the postseason.

The New York Jets appear to be hitting their best form at the right time, as they have now gained their fourth straight win in a row - the first time the franchise has done that since back in 2010.
