God with Us is a new and interactive Christmas church resource pack based on the life and culture of a family in Peru.

Bringing a colourful insight into this fascinating Latin American country through the work of Tearfund partner agency Agape, the DVD provides a taste of what Christmas is like for a young family in Peru.

It tells the story of Daniel, 12, and his escape from life on the streets of Lima.

The pack also shows us what a traditional Peruvian nativity play looks like and the short film can be used to compliment a nativity play or can be shown on its own.

This colourful and interactive pack has been designed to fully support a Christmas service. It brings the vibrancy of life in a vulnerable community in to focus and Daniel’s story can be explored further in an inspirational and moving presentation.

John and Anne Coles, Leaders of New Wine, have visited Tearfund’s partners in Peru. They were moved by the work and say this church resource helps open a door for those that share the vision of helping the poorest people escape poverty.
