Lebron James continues to be bothered by back problems, but latest reports claim that the Cleveland Cavaliers star will most likely suit up on opening night when the Cavs play the Chicago Bulls this coming Wednesday at the United Center.

James continues to be a question mark after incurring an old back injury that bothered him earlier in the year. Back in January, James sat out two weeks due to back issues and received a similar anti-inflammatory injection at the time.

James has yet to be given clearance to play for Wednesday and he does not intend to defy what Cavs personnel advise him.

The injection that James got for his back was the second one in 10 months, but another shot could be on its way if he continues to be bothered by it.

Head coach David Blatt and general manager David Griffin are optimistic that James will be ready by Wednesday and such is shared by most. But if ever, James could be playing less minutes for now, depending on how he holds up just in case he does get fielded in.

The Cavs have made it clear that they will be managing the minutes of their players this season. With its key stars falling one after the other last season, such was seen as the reason why the Cavs fell short against the Golden State Warriors.

Kevin Love, who was sidelined after the first round NBA playoff pairing with the Boston Celtics last season, is back in harness and should be good to go by opening night.

Kyrie Irving, the other member of the Cavs' big three, is not expected to suit up until 2016 after undergoing surgery for his knee cap. Irving incurred the injury during the NBA Finals.

With the top three players not 100% healthy, Blatt will have to draw out of the best from its roster. Majority of the players from last season are back with a few additions to beef up the Cavaliers' bench.
