A dangerous criminal is stalking the truck shop restrooms in the South in the upcoming episode of the CBS series "Criminal Minds."

In "The Bond," CarterMatt reports that the Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) will be tapped to investigate a string of murders happening down South. The team needs to profile a killer who had developed a penchant for waiting out his preys in the loo. With the numbers of victim piling up, the authorities are getting desperate to capture the killer who targets travellers and truckers.

To solve the case, the specialists need to get inside the twisted mind of the unsub. They must find a motive to work on so that they can hypothesize his next move. Why is he on a bloody mission to get rid of the hapless people in need of a brief respite from their long drive? The BAU must find out before he can strike again.

Last episode, the team had to take down a criminal who saw himself as the executioner of people who committed sins at one point of their lives. He was a taxi driver, which gave him a chance to get to know which of his passengers should be punished. He had a curious modus operandi. He would torture his victims first, then behead them using a guillotine. Afterwards, he would dispose the headless corpses in public places in Boston, while keeping their heads as trophies.

Apparently, when he was still a student, a principal in his school practiced corporal punishments on students. When the police got wind of his wrong practice, they apprehended him. He did not stand trial, though, because he killed himself. Deprived of seeing his tormentor pay for his sins, the killer took it upon himself to purge the city of individuals who appeared to him as wicked. The BAU managed to save his last victim, but the culprit was too far gone to see reason. There was no other option but to take him down.

"Criminal Minds" season 11 airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. EST on CBS.
