The life of Dr. Tara Lewis (Aisha Tyler) will be explored in the upcoming episode of "Criminal Minds" season 12.

The synopsis for the upcoming episode, titled "Mirror Image," revealed that a man will claim that he is the brother of Dr. Lewis. He will even prove that he knows a lot of things about her and her family.

Tara knows that the man is an imposter, and she will do everything that she can to reach out to her real brother. However, she will lose all contact with him. But there is no information yet if the impostor has something to do with the mysterious disappearance of Tara's real sibling.

The seventh episode of "Criminal Minds" season 12 will be aired on CBS on Wednesday, Nov. 30, at 9 p.m. ET.

Meanwhile, the previous episode of "Criminal Minds" season 12 finally explained Aaron Hotchner's (Thomas Gibson) sudden departure from the BAU team.

In the episode titled "Elliot's Pond," Rossi (Joe Mantegna) told everyone that Hotch had to enter Witness Protection with his son, Jack (Cade Owens), after Peter Lewis, also known as Mr. Scratch (Bodhi Elfman), stalked the young boy during his soccer game.

According to Rossi, they have to fake Hotch's special assignment in order to hide his real location. "Peter Lewis is not going to stop, which is why Hotch and Jack have entered the program," Rossi stated in the previous episode as noted by People. He also said that Hotch requested that Emily Prentiss (Paget Brewster) will be the one to replace him as the head of BAU.

The revelation will finally set the records straight about Gibson's character after the actor had been fired from the series in August due to a physical altercation with a producer while filming for season 12.

Gibson was last seen in the second episode of "Criminal Minds" season 12, "Sick Day."
